At some point the threshold to gaining performace is bottlenecked by your acutal hardware. It would be insane to expect to fix performance just by adjusting settings and software. What are your specs?

Processor : Intel Core i7-4770 CPU @ 3.4ghz (8 CPUs)

Ram: 8gb

VRAM: 2gb

Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 8570

But I'm surprised because I used to run on good settings and now what's even more strange is that I tried other servers I had lags in Calradia_RP but good fps in the Turkish server... how does different servers affect my fps and is there a fix?

Depends on how big the map is, how many players are playing, action around the map, etc

 

Mount and blade is still an eight year old game made by a company with a limited budget. Oh and it was made by Turks.
