  1. Solved & moved. The complaint was solved by the admin and his verdict is the final judgement. If you have evidence that the verdict was given upon wrong proof, you may dispute the verdict by posting a ban appeal, message the admin on the forum or posting an admin complaint in this order. If you feel you were handled unfairly without valid evidence you cannot dispute the verdict. [automated message]
  2. Pending. From now on involved community members have 24 hours to provide any additional evidence or hints that could be useful to the admin. Refrain from posting unless you add newly found evidence or a reasonable defence towards the complaint itself if you are the accused player. If you fail to follow the complaint rules admins reserve the right to give out warning points accordingly. [automated message]
  3. Looks like clog, I will give him a bit of time to defend himself.
  4. Accepted & moved. Your ban was lifted. The server updates the ban database every few minutes. Try and connect over the next 5 to 15 minutes. If you are still not able to connect, message the admin that dealt with your complaint. Make sure you understand the server rules before playing again in order to create the best possible in-game experience for yourself and other Phoenix players. [automated message]
  5. Ok, make sure you are actually following the rules this time.
  6. Denied & moved. Your appeal to be unbanned has been denied. If not mentioned by the admin otherwise, wait a reasonable amount of time before posting your next appeal. If you keep spamming appeals in order to get unbanned faster, your ban will be extended further. [automated message]
  7. If you can't be bothered to check the website and give at least an apology for your actions, then I can't be bothered to unban you. "I want to play in phoenix." is clearly not a good enough reason for me to unban you.
  8. You were banned for a simple RDM, but it was your 5th RDM so I banned you until appeal, please tell me why I should let someone with such a long ban history back on the server @Jorgen61

  10. I have come to the conclusion that I doubt it was an accident, your horse was not even aiming for the bridge if you look at the video, you have also been previously banned for illegal help so a single day ban is being lenient. The only reason I am not making it longer is because of Aitor's lack of gear.
