Player Complaints


Complaint Rules

This is regarding player complaints and admin complaints. However some rules will also apply to other threads but that is to be discussed at a later date.

  • Keep to the templates provided.
  • If you fail to report an offense within one to two days, the offense lapses, exceptions for special complaints can be made.
  • Do not derail topics or threads, keep them to what they were created for.
  • The only people posting in a complaint should be:
    • The complainer
    • The complainee
    • The admin dealing with the complaint
    • Anyone posting evidence, in the form of screenshots/video/previous complaints
  • Insulting other players in complaints is strictly prohibited. Posts found to have insults in will be deleted and be ignored by admins solving the complaint, whether they contain a valid point or not. As a result, any defense you make within the post will be ignored and you may be punished as a result.
  • Complaints may not be made for someone else, make your own complaints. The only exception is if the person making the complaint has been banned on the forums.
  • No refunds will be accepted from players that are not involved in the complaint. Those who offer refunds on a complaint without being involved will be punished.
